Paleo f(x)™ Badges Purchases
All badges are non-refundable
For clarification, in the case of a flash sale or any other opportunity for discount badges, the “All badges are non-refundable” still applies. No discounts or refunds will be given for existing ticket purchases.
Only one discount code or discount can be used per badge purchase. Offers may not be combined with any other sale, promotion ,discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Discount codes may not be applied once a sale is final. No discounts will be refunded after a sale is final.
For clarification on what is meant by “badge” in the above statement, this includes all badges purchased from Paleo f(x)™ included but not limited to: all entry badges for Paleo f(x)™, meal plan badges, charity event tickets, workshops, Health Entrepreneurs f(x)™, and more. Badges cannot be exchanged for another event unless under special circumstances as approved by Paleo f(x)™. You may, however, sell or giveaway your badge to someone else. To transfer your badge to someone else, please contact badgetransfer@paleofx.com.
All badges are electronic, no badges are mailed. You will check in to the event with your photo ID.
For special discount Premier badges (children/student/senior 65+/military/first responder), your current ID that verifies your student, senior, military, or first responder status is required. If you do not have this ID at check-in, you will be charged the difference between the special discount Premier Badge and a full price Premier badge.
If you purchase a Premier or VIP badge, you don’t need an Expo badge.
An Informed Consent and Release of Liability for Participation in Exercise & Movement Sessions as well as a Waiver of Rights and Liability in Video/Photography at Paleo f(x)™ must be signed by ALL attendees with no exceptions upon entry to the event. Workshop badge policy: All badges are non-refundable as stated in the terms & conditions above, unless in the case that a workshop presenter cancels their session and all transactions will be handled directly with the workshop presenter, Paleo f(x)™ is not responsible for any workshop transactions. To enter into any of the workshops, you must also have a Paleo f(x)™ badge as well.
Informed Consent and Release of Liability for Participation in Exercise and
Movement Sessions at Paleo f(x)™
- I hereby consent to voluntarily engage in exercise and/or movement sessions at Paleo f(x)™. The levels
of exercise and activity I perform will be based upon my present levels of cardiorespiratory and muscular
fitness as observed by the supervisor(s) of sessions.
- I will be given exact instructions from the instructor of the exercise and movement session(s) and agree to
participate in accordance to the instructor’s direction.
- I agree that I will voluntarily participate in the physical activities taught by the instructor unless symptoms
such as fatigue, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or similar occurrences appear. At any point, I
understand that it is my complete right to decrease or stop exercise, and it is my obligation to inform the
instructor of my symptoms.
- I understand and have been informed that there exists the possibility of adverse changes and/or risk of
bodily injury occurring during exercise including, but not limited to: abnormal blood pressure, fainting,
dizziness, disorders of heart rhythm; in rare instances heart attack, stroke, paralysis, or death; and injuries
to muscles, ligaments, tendons, and joints. I fully understand and accept the risks associated with exercise,
including the risk of bodily injury, heart attack, stroke, paralysis, or even death, and knowing these risks, it is
my desire to participate as herein indicated and to assume full responsibility for my participation and actions.
- I, for myself and on behalf of my spouse, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby
release, indemnify, and hold harmless PaleoFX LLC and all of their officers, agents, contractors, employees,
instructors (“Releases”) with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or
property, whether due to or arising from the negligence or carelessness of the Releasees or otherwise, the
fullest extent permitted by law.
Waiver of Rights and Liability for Paleo f(x)™ Video and Photography
- I hereby hereby authorize Paleo f(x)™ to record (on film, tape and any other media) my picture or image,
including my name, likeness, voice and appearance.
- I hereby grant Paleo f(x)™ the unrestricted right to use, distribute, and make available any works that may
be derived from the recordings or photographs, and the right to authorize others to do the same. I
understand and acknowledge that, among other means of distribution, Paleo f(x)™ may choose to distribute
the recordings through MP3, Podcast, CD, DVD, and web based services and media.
Paleo f(x)™ TV
Paleo f(x)™ TV is a monthly membership site which includes unlimited access to video content from our events throughout the years.
Paleo f(x)™ TV membership is just $9 a month. The monthly cycle starts the day you sign up and payment is received for Paleo f(x)™ TV. Your credit card will be charged $9 again every 30 days unless cancelled before the end of the cycle. If you cancel you will still have access to videos until the end of the 30-day cycle that you have paid for.
