As you well know, it has been an impossible year for events, including Paleo f(x)™.
While the State of Texas is starting to reopen, the City of Austin has been more cautious.
Because our jurisdiction has not lifted its ban on large gatherings, the city is postponing the Paleo f(x)™ and Health Entrepreneur f(x)™ events until 2021.
If you already have an Expo Pass or Premier or VIP badge for the 2020 event, we will transfer your badge or pass to our event over to next year: April 23 – 25, 2021. If you cannot attend the 2021 event, we will honor your badge for a future event.
If you have a ticket to our charity celebration, it will also be transferred to our 2021 event.

For all badge holders and expo pass holders, you will also get the virtual Paleo f(x)™ 2020 event in the fall. Dates will be announced soon, and the event will include:
- Keynote talks from leading doctors, scientists, and healers
- Panel discussions with leaders in ancestral wellness
- Breakout session where you can ask questions and deepen your learning
Introducing the new Paleo f(x) Membership
In order to better serve our community and to stay connected throughout each year, we are shifting Paleo f(x)™ to a membership model. With your online membership, you will receive:
- Paleo f(x)™ courses – curated sessions from the leaders in ancestral health, with video, time-stamped notes, and study guides
- Online community and forums to connect and inspire
- Private Facebook group
- Special offers from Paleo f(x)™ certified partners – exclusively for our community
The online membership is included for all 2020 badge holders.
All members at the Premier and VIP level will get one badge per year to attend Paleo f(x).
We are also planning other surprises to support our whole community.

We are just as disappointed and frustrated as you are about having to turn our live event into a virtual one for this year.
To be completely transparent with you, our entire organization is in jeopardy. The money we’ve earned for 2020 badge sales and sponsorships has already been spent to hold a live event that we have to hold next year.
There is no pandemic event insurance, that we are aware of in the US and definitely not available through our carrier. The only insurance available in the world, through Lords of London, is extremely expensive and beyond our capacity to afford.
Legally, we cannot refund anyone because we have a no refund policy written into our contracts, and the vendors we use to execute the event hold non-refundable contracts with us.
We believe that you want Paleo f(x)™ to keep going. But the only way we can keep going is to rally together.
