Take your workout to the primal level

Improve your sleep hygiene 

When you’re stressed, it can be difficult to wind down and relax at night. You might have a hard time falling asleep, or you might not be able to stay asleep through the night.

If you are looking at your smartphone, laptop, tablet or TV before bed, you may be disrupting your sleep cycle through excessive blue-light exposure.

You can minimize the blue light effect by wearing amber-tinted glasses for a few hours before bedtime. In a study conducted at Columbia University, adults with insomnia had 30 minutes more sleep when they wore amber glasses in the evening.
