Anna learned about Paleo in the summer of 2011. After gaining and losing the “freshman 15” multiple times through college, it was after graduation that she realized something was wrong with her beliefs about health. The Paleo community set her on the path to real health, introducing her to new and better ideas about functional movement, real food, strength training, fitness, and the pitfalls of the standard american lifestyle. Since 2011, Anna has been pursuing a holistic Paleo life and gets better and better at practicing healthy and sustainable habits every day. She is ecstatic to get to be a part of the Paleo f(x) team after attending the conference in 2015.
Anna works as a civil engineer, CrossFit coach, certified personal trainer, and is an aspiring farmer and rancher. When not working, coaching, or talking Paleo, she has a passion for playing co-rec broomball and soccer, learning to cook new things, watching The Walking Dead, and sleeping as much as she can.
