Emily Johnson is the owner of Portland Fit Body Bootcamp, a group personal training studio that takes a holistic approach to training. Her passion for helping people expand their movement capabilities has led her to train with several industry experts and expanded her own view and vision of fitness. She is a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer, a Level 2 Certified MovNat trainer, a certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) mobility specialist, and is Training for Warriors certified. Emily believes in continually growing her knowledge base so that she can better serve her clients. Her goal is to help her clients reclaim the natural health that is their birthright by teaching them to eat, move, and live in a way that will inspire them to be their best.
