This workshop will show attendees how to get an intense workout at home or on the go in less than 20 minutes! This workshop will cover a range of martial arts movements and calisthenics exercises that can be performed at home with minimal equipment. Proper form will be taught, then the moves will be combined into a high-intensity workout circuit.
