This workshop revolves around a conversation we have with our bodies. The external conversation taps into what others tell us about our body through genetics and learned behaviors. The internal conversation ties the breath and nervous system into how the mind plays a role in the physical body. Lastly, I teach people why listening to the body is the most important part of your body conversation. I will lead people through breath work to connect the nervous system with the mindset. I will provide three mobility assessments for people to test within themselves and provide three exercise solutions for each restriction. I will also break down a simple way for people to understand how the differences within mobility vs stability can play a role in injury and pain.
