What is this talk about
It’s not an exaggeration to say that our health is rooted in the health of our guts. The links between gut health and full-body health include our ability to absorb nutrients, immune system function, detoxification, and our resident bacterial allies. In this talk, Dr. Ballantyne will summarize the features of a robustly healthy gut, discuss how a healthy gut supports full body health and explain how an unhealthy one can directly lead to chronic disease.
