This workshop is for anyone who is interested in improving their mobility and working towards a freestanding handstand. We will work with drills for creating mobility along with different drills and proper form for hand balancing. Prep work (wrist prep, line drills) will be covered along with wall work, how to move away from the wall, and freestanding drills. Handbalancing builds tremendous strength, focus, and of course balance! Ability to hold a 30-second handstand on the wall recommended but not required.
