Gluten free diets can be helpful however the online health and fitness community has gone overboard with their recommendations regarding gluten. This leads many people to practice dietary restrictions they don’t need to while simultaneously overlooking dietary modifications that might actually help them feel and perform better (like eating grains). This talk will provide a non-nonsense, objective overview of what the science says regarding gluten.
