Perfect Paleo Valentine’s Day Dinner

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner! It’s always fun to have an excuse to dress up and get a little fancy. Obviously, a nice meal out is the V-Day tradition, but there are a few issues typical of restaurant fare…

  • Restaurants don’t always have stellar ingredients. The food could be loaded with all sorts of crappy vegetable oils and preservatives. This is especially problematic if you’re trying to do a very specific diet, like keto or AIP.
  • It’s not always cost-effective. Eating out too often can definitely place a strain on the budget.
  • Some of us just don’t have time to “go out” go out. You might have kids you need to take care of, or mismatching schedules, or any of a million other stumbling blocks. Heck, maybe you just plain don’t want to When “fun” stops being fun and becomes a hassle, it’s time to reconsider!
