The free and unobstructed exchange of ideas is the foundation of both a free society AND a healthy and vibrant you.
And at Paleo f(x)™, we take that *very* seriously.
Because rubbing up against ideas you do not like IS uncomfortable. It’s a confrontation of sorts.
And here’s the thing though: confrontation avoided is confrontation multiplied.
If you wanna go metaphysical, the energy cost of this avoidance on the physical body is extreme.
In the end, the energetic cost of avoidance is much, much higher than the cost of confrontation.
The lesson here? Face those uncomfortable ideas. That you deal with them and integrate them in no way means you are obligated to *accept* them.
And, this openness to all ideas makes you immune to systematic control. Allowing yourself to be spoon-fed info filtered so as to not offend you is to be imprisoned by the entity doing the filtering.
And THAT is imprisonment of your own making.

DO expect empowerment, sovereignty, critical thought and the free and unobstructed flow of ideas.
