All proceeds raised during this event will go to benefit two amazing charities:
Sacred Cow
Sacred Cow, a film project, from Sustainable Dish was created to explore the ethical and environmental reasons behind eating better meat. Sacred Cow’s mission is to show the correlation between environmental impact and dietary impact through a solutions based approach.
Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund
Their mission is to protect the rights of farmers and consumers to engage in direct commerce, allowing consumers the freedom to choose to buy and consume products such as grass-fed beef and raw milk.
Thanks to Our Sponsors
Our hospitality sponsor, Dry Farm Wines, will be providing bottomless wine all night long! Dry Farm Wines curates only the highest quality natural wines from small, sustainable family farms that meet their strict standard of health. Unlike today’s commercialized and processed wines, this is real wine. Nothing added, nothing removed. Pure, artisanal, and deliciously clean.
US Wellness Meats was founded in 2000 in Monticello, Missouri (pop. 98) by visionary farmers, who saw that big-business cattle-raising practices were taking a toll on our animals and our health. By returning to rotational grazing practices that are good for the planet and good for our cattle, they led the way in introducing a new generation to the unmatched taste, tenderness, and healthiness of grass-fed beef.
