Hands-on Movement Session Registration (CLOSED)
Looking to get “in the pit” with Dr. Michael Hartman, OPT, Eva T., or any of the other Strength and Conditioning specialists as they discuss the finer points of their representative take on Ancestral Wellness? There’s no additional cost associated with these sessions -- they’re an integral part of the PFX12 experience. For safety reasons, though, each session is capped at 20 “in the pit” participants; non-registered “observers” will have to remain outside of the established barriers -- close to the action, but not a part of the action.
Note: the natural/primal movement and barefoot running sessions hosted by the MovNat crew, Darryl Edwards, and Steven Sashen will also be capped at 20 participants per group, however, multiple sessions per day will be offered. Please see the program schedule for session offerings.
